<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for managing information by each project which is provided with a function for gathering information in individual databases constructed by each class of information in a single data base by each project to enable a staff in charge of a project to easily refer to or reserve all the pieces of information concerning the project and to provide a program thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A computer is provided with a DB 4 for each class and a DB 5 for each project, and each pieces of the information for each class registered in the DB 4 is made to hold project names as attribute information.
