1301936 1-Alkenyl isocyanates; t-alkyl halides BADISCHE ANILIN- & SODA-FABRIK AG 1 May 1970 [2 May 1969] 21027/70 Heading C2C 1-Alkenyl isocyanates of the formula wherein the R1 groups are independently hydrogen atoms or alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl or aryl radicals or two of them complete carbocyclic rings, are obtained by subjecting to thermal cleavage N - (1 - alkenyl) - N - talkylcarbamyl halides of the formula wherein R2 is an optionally-substituted t.alkyl group and X is a halogen atom. t-Alkyl halides may be obtained as byproducts of the above process.
