<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing line evaluation support device capable of automatically extracting a problem of a manufacturing line, and of clearly specifying an improvement measures for the extracted problem at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing line evaluation support device is provided with: a data organizing part 2 for organizing simulation result data of the respective elements of the manufacturing line formed on a simulator into a style associated with an operation rate, a production size and an evaluation index; a result data memory part 14 for storing the data organized by the organizing part 2; an evaluation rule memory part 5 for previously storing evaluation items, evaluation reference values and an evaluation flow for the result data for every manufacturing type; a problem analysis part 4 for evaluating the simulation result data by using the evaluation rule stored in the memory part 5 to extract a problem relating to each line constituent element; and a display device 10 for outputting the problem extracted by the analysis part 4 and the constituent element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
