<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high dielectric constant material having a high relative dielectric constant and a low dielectric loss tangent, ensuring a slight change up to a high-frequency band and stable even to a temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: This high dielectric constant dielectric substance comprises Pb (Mg<SB>1/3</SB>Nb<SB>2/3</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>, PbTiO<SB>3</SB>, PbMg<SB>1/2</SB>W<SB>1/2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and PbFe<SB>1/2</SB>Ta<SB>1/2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>as essential components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
