<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make one's own file easy to find from a pile of files on a paper ejecting tray which is outputted by a plurality of users, furthermore, to facilititate document management of outputted files. <P>SOLUTION: A user can put an arbitrary color on a back cover or a front cover of the outputted file.
