PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the plane tilt of a reflection surface caused ay the fixing of a polygon mirror or the correction of the weight balance of a rotor part and further to prevent a mirror from being damaged or nicked by an implement or a tool, with respect to a polygon mirror motor for LBP. SOLUTION: An almost board-like plate 20 is arranged between the polygon mirror 5 and an elastic member 7 capable of rotating integrally with a bush 4 while pressing the mirror 5, and is provided with a part projecting toward the outside from the inscribed circle of a polygon being the outside shape of the polygon mirror. The plate 20 is equipped with an almost annular wall 20a erectly provided nearly in a shaft direction, and a balance weight 9 is provided on the wall 20a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
