PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that it is difficult to acquire a voltage having an accurate temperature characteristic in a wide temperature range, and that temperature inclination of the voltage is fixed and difficult to be handled. SOLUTION: A first voltage source circuit outputs a voltage having a positive temperature coefficient, and a second voltage source circuit outputs a voltage having a negative temperature coefficient. A comparator adds the output voltage of the first voltage source circuit and the output voltage of the second voltage source circuit together to generate a reference voltage having no temperature coefficient, and compares the reference voltage with the output voltage of the first voltage source circuit. In the first and second voltage source circuits, the voltages having the temperature coefficients and the reference voltage having no temperature coefficient are acquired by applying a principle of the work function difference of a gate.
