PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag which makes a heating state detectable by visual sensation regardless of the kinds and sales forms of a container and permits recording of a temperature history with high reliability and a tagged container. SOLUTION: The tag 5 to be attached to the container 3 packed with drinks is provided with a base material 15 and a light shielding sheet 19. The front surface of the base material 15 is provided with a first image region 21 and a second image region 23. The first image region 21 has a reversible ink image 29 which is reversibly changed in color according to a detected temperature and the second image region 23 has an unreversible ink image 25 which is unreversibly changed in color according to the detected temperature.
