PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immobilizing method for stably combining a preprepared DNA fragment, a nucleotide derivative such as oligonucleotide, or its relationship on a solid-phase carrier surface stably by a rapid reaction, and to provide a tool for detecting the nucleotide derivative utilizing the immobilizing method, a nucleic acid fragment sample for immobilizing the relationship, or the like. SOLUTION: A divinylsulfone compound is immobilized to the surface of a solid-phase carrier non-covalently to manufacture a reactive solid-phase carrier. Then, probe oligonucleotide such as oligonucleotide, polynucleotide, and a peptide nucleic acid is immobilized on the surface of the reactive solid-phase carrier covalently to manufacture a DNA chip.
