PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a penetrating metal fitting by which a water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe penetrate through a wall plate into close contact with a wall hole of the wall plate without any clearance and thereby fix the water supply pipe and the hot water supply pipe while preventing looseness and water leakage. SOLUTION: This penetrating metal fitting D fixed on the wall hole 2 of the wall plate 1 partitioning an indoor side A and an outdoor side B so that the water supply pipe 3 and the hot water supply pipe 4 penetrate through the wall plate 1 is provided with a first plate 9 having a first opening hole 12 through which the water supply pipe 3 and the hot water supply pipe 4 penetrate and fixed on the wall hole 2 in such a manner of expandable and contractible to at least one of the vertical direction or the lateral direction; a second plate 28 connected to the first plate 9, having a second opening hole 30 facing the first opening hole 12, and having screw holes 33, 36 and 39 on a front surface; and a cover 40 having guide parts 41, 42 and 43 through which the water supply pipe 3 and the hot water supply pipe 4 penetrate, having a screw hole 44 in such a manner of facing the screw holes 33, 36 and 39 of the second plate 28, and connected to the second plate 28 by tightening a screw to the respective screw holes 44.
