PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping panel structure which is widely usable for various purposes and has high strength and excellent vibration damping characteristics. SOLUTION: In the panel structure, a metal plate is bonded to an FRP base. An organic vibration damping agent is blended in matrix polymer forming the FRP base or an adhesive layer.
