PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing in which a lubricant movement prevention member for preventing lubricant from moving down is arranged when the bearing is assembled to a vertical shaft, the movement prevention member being firmly mounted to the bearing. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing 10 comprises an inner ring 11, a pair of outer rings 12, rolling elements 13 interposed between the inner and outer rings, and an outer ring spacer 15 provided between the pair of outer rings 12. The lubricant movement prevention member 16 extending toward the inner ring is provided on the outer ring spacer 15 and is supported by a stepped part 15c formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring spacer 15 and is pressed against and secured to the stepped part 15c by an annular securing member 17 fitted over the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring spacer 15.
