PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete gutter gate capable of saving labor in construction work, shortening construction term, and improving quality. SOLUTION: A water shutting-off wall 7 or a breast wall 16 formed as secondary concrete product is fixed to an upper face and both side faces of a pipe conduit 3 (case body 2) to facilitate the formation of the water shutting-off wall 7 or the breast wall 16 provided in a water shutting-off part 4 or a breast wall part 5. Consequently, when constructing the concrete gutter gate 1 together with the pipe conduit 3 formed by arranging precast concrete case bodies 2 like a row, it is possible to save labor in the construction work, shorten construction term, and improve quality. Moreover, a steel sheet pile 6 for shutting-off water, a concrete sheet pile 13 for shutting-off water, the water shutting-off wall 7, and the breast wall 16 can be simply joined on the water shutting-off wall 7 or the breast wall 16 fixed to the pipe conduit 3 (case body 2) by forming as secondary concrete product.
