PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of term of works and cut-down of construction cost by boring a self-boring rod, and embedding the same to cope with collapse of ground and performing rust proofing for a tendon. SOLUTION: The self-boring rod 12 formed by a pipe-like hollow steel having a thread part on the peripheral surface thereof is driven in the ground 20 by boring using a drill bit 1 at the tip, and the inside and outside of the self-boring rod 12 are filled with grout material 22. Before the grout material 22 is cured, the tendon 4 having a resin-coated free length part on the head side, which is formed by at least one wire rod material, and a fixing part on the tip side is inserted in the inside extending from the head of the self-boring rod 2 to the tip, and the head of the tendon 4 is projected from the head of the self- boring rod 2 to cure and solidify the grout material 22. A fixing member is inserted from above a pressure receiving plate 21 installed on the ground 20 to the head of the tendon 4, thereby tensioning and holding the tendon 4.
