PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable water supply and drainage structure for building capable of optionally constituting the water supply and drainage facilities of a dwelling house according to a tenant's desire, and enabling a dweller to change water supply and drainage facilities with a simple work even after move-in. SOLUTION: This variable water supply and drainage structure 6 for a multiple dwelling house 1 is a structure for water supply and drainage facilities 40 provided in the multiple dwelling house and having stand pipes 41. A plurality of lower support parts 11 and upper support parts 21 are scatteringly formed in the same arrangement on a floor board 10 and ceiling board 20 provided in an indoor space 30. The stand pipes 41 are attachably and detachably engaged with and supported by the lower support part and the upper support part. The stand pipe 41 for a water supply facility 27 is connected to a fixed feed port arranged above the ceiling board through a flexible connecting pipe member for water supply 44, and the stand pipe 41 for a drainage facility 17 is connected to a fixed draining port arranged under the floor board through a flexible connecting pipe member for drainage 54.
