PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to awaken a new activity of art by presenting a product, which is prepared by mixing a glue obtained by blending an aqueous emulsion and a powdery solid into a main raw material of a recovered waste paper which is shredded and made into a paste, to the public as a raw material for plastic arts, as well as a technique synergistically to achieve a global environmental protection and resources recycling through reducing wastes at a low cost, particularly in the viewpoint of reusing the recovered waste paper. SOLUTION: In order to reclaim the recovered waste paper, which is torn into pieces, put into water and stirred to obtain a water-mixed pulp paste, into the raw material for shaping arts, it is polymerized or copolymerized with a polymerizable monomer and mixed with the aqueous emulsion containing particularly an acrylic monomer (dispersed in an aqueous solvent) and either or a plurality of powders, such as talc, diatomaceous earth, marble, calcium carbonate and clay, in varied mixing ratios to prepare plural glues. The glues are compounded singly or plurally among them by a fabricant without a special tool or technique into a product which is light, adjustable in hardness, easy to fair with a trowel and the like, and suitable for coloring with a water-based color- a product which pushes forward the resources recycling.
