PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box whose header having a hanging opening is easily folded to touch a packaging box face. SOLUTION: In forming the header 26 of this packaging box, a first protrusive piece 28 and a second protrusive piece 30 formed continuously one after another on a fifth flat plate (side panel 18) are folded along a folding line provided on the connecting part (folding line 48) of the first protrusive piece 28 and the second protrusive piece 30 roughly in a vertical direction with the face of the fifth flat plate (top panel 18) so that the tip end of the protrusive piece 30 faces the face side of the fifth flat plate (top panel 18), the piece 28 and the piece 30 are adhered to each other, and a discontinuous cut lines (perforations 32, 34) are formed around the side end periphery of the first flat plate (side panel 10) of the piece 28 and the piece 30 in parallel with the fifth flat plate (top panel 18) at a position higher in a roughly vertical direction than the face of the fifth flat plate (top panel 18).
