PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform work without limiting time in inspecting a device for controlling a light device and a horn device. SOLUTION: A telematics device, on receiving a light blinking command transmitted by pressing of a light button 7 by an inspector in an inspecting device (step 505), controls the light device connected to the outside to blink (step 520). The telematics device, then, on receiving a horn sounding command transmitted by pressing of a horn button 8 by the inspector (step 530), controls the light device to finish the blinking (step 535) and controls the horn device connected to the outside to sound (step 540). The telematics device, then, on receiving a finish command transmitted by pressing of a finish button 9 by the inspector (step 555), controls the horn device to finish the sounding.
