PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hair cosmetics which satisfy such goodness of the touch and gloss as hair easy unitableness after the use, suppleness and good combability and has the effect undamaged even by the continuous use for a long period. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetics contain (A) one or more kinds of silicone compounds having at the end a quaternary nitrogen-containing group, (B) one or more kinds of silicone compounds [excepting component (A)] having viscosity at 25°C of 10,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/s or more, and (C) one or more kinds of cationic substances [excepting component (A)] having an interfacial activity.
