PURPOSE:To execute a low voltage operation at <=3V of a coupled pair of cross connection emitters by being driven by a differential output current of a multiplier. CONSTITUTION:Emitters of a pair of transistors Q5, Q6 are connected, a respectively, and also, connected to a constant-current source I0. In the same way, Q7 and Q8, and Q11 and Q12 are connected, respectively, and also, connected to the constant-current source I0. Bases of the transistors Q5, Q7, Q9 and Q11 are connected mutually, and also, a voltage V2 is applied thereto. Bases of the transistors Q10, Q12 are connected mutually, and also, a voltage V3 is applied thereto. In this case, in each of them, the number of vertically piled stages of the transistor is two stages, and they can be operated even if a power supply voltage is about 2.8V, and conform with a power supply voltage operation request of <=3V. |
