<p>Rail and picket in-fill means for a fence, comprising a pair of parallel, co-planar, spaced apart rails (15, 16) and a plurality of substantially equally spaced apart pickets (17) extending from rail to rail. Each connection between each rail (15, 16) and each picket (17) permits each picket (17) to swing freely in the plane of the rails (15, 16) about its connection to each rail (15, 16). Each rail (15, 16) has an elongate spacer means (20) engaged thereto and each said picket (17) is pivotally connected to each of the spacer means (20).</p> |
