<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeder preventing clogging of a part at the time of separate feeding. <P>SOLUTION: The part feeder is provided with a drum hopper 9 capable of storing a plurality of parts; roller shafts 15, 15 and pitch adjustment shafts 17, 18 for aligning/conveying the part fed from this drum hopper 9 and capable of dropping off the part at a downstream position; and a part feed out part for leading the part dropped off from the pitch adjustment shafts 17, 18 and feeding out this to a working machine. The part feed out part includes a shuttle block 16 in which a guide passage 16b for leading the part dropped from the pitch adjustment shafts 17, 18 is formed. An opening end side periphery part of the guide passage 16b at the pitch adjustment shaft side of this shuttle block 16 is constituted to a shape along surfaces of the pitch adjustment shafts 17, 18 and has a shape burying the gap therewith. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
