PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice book device that automatically recognizes pages without forming a through hole in each sheet or attaching a magnet and reproduces the contents of the pages in voice by forming a transparent part with an optical reflector part on each sheet and disposing optical sensors in the position of a book support corresponding to the optical reflector part of each sheet. SOLUTION: Each sheet of the voice book device consists of a transparent part and a contents part and the optical reflector part is formed on the transparent part; and the optical sensor parts are disposed in the book support in a one-to-one mapping relationship with the optical reflector parts; and the sheet is automatically recognized from the movement relation between the optical reflector part of each sheet and the optical sensor parts.
