PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the intrinsic working ability of a working machine by avoiding the interference of a working unit with a slip ring, and to facilitate the mounting, maintenance and wiring work of the slip ring. SOLUTION: The slip ring 21 for performing the transfer of power or electric signal between the outside and inside of the working machine is provided in a position out of the rotating center in a super structure, and external wiring B is connected to a terminal 33 from the circumferential side of the slip ring 21.
