PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device by which a fixing roller is efficiently and also quickly heated so as to obtain fixing feasible temperature. SOLUTION: In the fixing device to fix toner by inserting paper carrying unfixed toner through a nip formed by a fixing roller and a pressure roller a lamp heater possessing curved surface reflection film on a back surface to the fixing roller is provided in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the fixing roller.
