摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reproducing a glass substrate such as a glass substrate on the side of a color filter for a liquid crystal display, a glass substrate on the TFT (thin film transistor) side and a dummy substrate, exerting a revolutionary effect. SOLUTION: From the external layer side of a glass substrate on which one or a plurality of black matrix films, color filter films, overcoat films, ITO (indium tin oxide) films and polyimide films are successively formed, a glass substrate on which TFT elements, one or a plurality of ITO films and polyimide films are successively formed or a glass substrate on which one or a plurality of polyimide films, ITO films, metal films, alloy films, oxide films, nitride films and sealant films are successively formed, one of a plurality of the films are selectively removed by using a specified releasing liquid.
