PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing water spouting mechanism for a human private parts washing device which is simple and compact in structure and low in cost, the washing water spouting mechanism carrying out sufficient intermittent operation even in weak spout by reducing the flow rate of washing water. SOLUTION: The washing water spouting mechanism for the human private parts washing device is formed of a spout 15, a water leading passage 12b, a space 14b, blade surfaces 21, and a rotary blade body 2. The spout 15 spouts washing water to the human private parts. The water leading passage 12b communicates with the spout, for leading the washing water. The space 14b communicates with the spout 15 and the water leading passage 12b. The blade surfaces 21 are housed in the space 14, for generating torque upon receiving the force of the washing water fed from the water leading passage 12b into the space 14b. The rotary blade body 2 has an interrupting surface 22 for intermittently restricting communication between the spout and the space according to rotation of the blade surfaces. The washing water spouting mechanism is characterized by comprising a channel 16a for preventing decrease in the flow rate of the washing water flowing toward the blade surfaces 21 of the rotary blade body 2.
