PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily receive a building having an opening part surrounded by beams and posts in a floor position of a lower part of a building frame, and to easily extend the opening part downward. SOLUTION: Reinforcement blocks 12 disposed like meshes of a go board in the horizontal direction are provided in the opening part surrounded with beams 4a and posts 2, PC steel materials 10 are passed through penetrating holes between the beams 4a, 4a and the reinforcement blocks 12, pre-stress is introduced, and the opening part is covered with a reinforcement mat 30. The reinforcement mat 30 is temporarily received by a temporary support member 6, and after the end of temporary receiving, pre-stress of the PC steel material 10 is unloaded to pull out the PC steel materials 10.
