A drawing assembly stretches a textile web by jack-operated lever-loaded overhead rollers in a series of upper and lower rollers. Each overhead roller has esp. two removable pneumatic jacks on a common fixture. Each arm has a jack fixed to a pivot point. The jacks are linked with each other by a common support. The jacks operate in conjunction with pushrods with circular cross-section.
