HYBRID TYPE DESCICCANT AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid type desciccant air-conditioning system in which an enhanced energy efficiency and an efficient operation in accordance with the air-conditioning load are established. SOLUTION: The desciccant air-conditioning system is furnished separately with a cooling system 7 taking in the air from a room to be air-conditioned 5 and cooling and of returning it into the room for performing the cooling and uses a compression type refrigerator 6 for generating a coldness source to the cooling system 7. The exhaust heat emitted from a drive motive of the compression type refrigerator 6 is used as a heat source to a heater 4 belonging to this desciccant air-conditioning system, while the cooling system 7 is furnished with an evaporator 8 whereby the working liquid pressurized by a compressor 6a of the refrigerator 6 is evaporated, and with the latent heat from evaporation, the air in the room 5 circulating in the system is cooled.
