PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally unite a radiator, a condenser, and a motor fan shroud by simple work without using a bolt and the like. SOLUTION: A box portion 67 tip end of a fastening block 66 of the motor fan shroud to abut on a front wall 18, and an engaging portion 70 penetrates a rectangular hole 19 of a radiator upper tank 12 to be projected out to the front of the front wall 18. In the condenser side, a flange 56 of an upper bracket 50 is engaged between the engaging portion 70 and the front wall 18, and downwardly slid so as to put the upper bracket on a tank 32 upper end of the condenser. Only by inserting work of the upper bracket, uniting at the upper end portion is completed. The upper bracket has a tongue piece 57 equipped with a hook engaged with ratchet teeth of the engaging portion, so that the upper bracket is prevented from upwardly coming out.
