PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance handleability of a joint material, allow the easy and sure fixation of a form to a lap side, prevent the form from colliding with an existing concrete-placed surface when the form overlaps the existing concrete- placed surface, and enhance air tightness of placed concrete. SOLUTION: Characteristically, the joint material 32, which is constituted by passing a through-hole 30 through the inside of a main body 28, composed of an approximately trapezoidal cross-section elastic raw material, in the lengthwise direction of the main body 28, is arranged at a lap-side outward peripheral edge of the form 16; and when overlapping the existing concrete-placed surface 34 at a side end of a lap, the form 16 is elastically deformed by the raw material of the joint material 32 and the through-hole 30, so as to overlap the surface 34. Characteristically, a tight fastening member 38 is passed through the inside of the through-hole 30 of the joint material 32; and the joint material 32 is fixed to the form 16 by fastening the member 38.
