PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hooking tool for a seat belt for improving usability. SOLUTION: The hooking tool 4 is inserted in a lower side than a tongue 119 on an attachment side webbing 3 of the seat belt. The hooking tool 4 is structured of a hooking tool main body 5, a pressing part 6 integrally formed with the hooking tool main body 5. The hooking tool main body 5 includes insertion holes 52, 52 for inserting the attachment side webbing 3 formed in parallel. The attachment webbing 3 is inserted in both of the insertion holes 52, 52, and the hooking tool main body 5 is held in a state hooked on the attachment side webbing 3 while external force is not applied on the hooking tool main body 5. On the other hand, the pressing part 6 is formed on a left side vertically provided side part 56 of the hooking tool main body 5, includes a hooking groove 71 of an approximately U-shape in cross section formed between with the hooking tool main body 5 by extending and opening to a right side vertically provided side part 58, and is structured so that the hooking groove 71 is inserted in and hooked on a retractor side webbing 7 in a state that the attachment side webbing 3 is inserted in the hooking tool main body 5.
