PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of reducing ROM and RAM consumption in a microcomputer in comparison with prior art, thus enabling to use a graphic language to generate a software program for controlling a cooling/heating product. SOLUTION: A device control system of the present invention includes sensors 15e and 15f, a device 15 which outputs sensor values detected by the sensors 15e and 15f, and an information processing devices 14 and 16 which determines an order of operations to be performed according to an input operation processing procedure and outputs a program showing the determined order. The operation processing procedure is written in a first programming language and represents a procedure of a logical operation of the operation processing procedure. The logical operation, using the sensor values and conditional values PN2 and WT2 based on a predetermined condition, is written in a second language that is different from the first language.
