The invention relates to a prefabricated element having a wall portion in which there is arranged an opening, in which opening it is possible to arrange a piece substantially of the size and shape of the opening and capable of being opened, which wall portion is wider than the width of the opening and higher than the height of the opening and extends at least above the opening to at least a first distance and on both sides of the opening to at least a second and a third distance. The element according to the invention is characterized in that the wall portion comprises at least one continuous sheet-like flat surface substantially of the size and shape of the wall portion, and that there are support and guide members for the piece arranged in the wall portion in order to hinge the piece to the wall portion without a stiffening structure, preventing changes in the diagonal dimensions of the opening, being arranged in the opening.
