METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING NON-INFECTIOUS DISEASES OF VINCERA (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to cardiology and can be used for a topical diagnosis of diseases of non-infectious aetiology. The inventive method can be carried out in two variants. In the first variant, said method consists in recording 300-600 electrocardiogram signals of a patient and using them to produce standards simultaneously for more than one standard derivation. Series corresponding to respiratory waves are defined and arranged in periods with respect to cardiopulses contained therein. Series QRSn(f) and time intervals Tn(f) therebetween corresponding to the respiratory waves and comprising the same quantity of cardiocomplexes QRSn(f) contained therein and the time intervals Tn(f) therebetween are defined for each derivation. The main types of the electrocardiogram signals configurations are defined. Amplitude and time parameters of the QRSn(f) complex are measured in relation to the configuration thereof. Said parameters are mathematically treated for each individual electrocardiogram derivation. The expression of a comparison of each parameter with mean statistical values is coded. The codogram of the studied patient is constructed and compared with standard codograms of healthy and ill people. The conclusion with respect to the normal state or the illness is made when a complete set of combinations of the corresponding standard is contained in the codogram. In the second variant, said method in addition, consists in recording 300-600 electrocardiogram signals during 24 hours and more, thereby making it possible to conclude as to the stage of the disease and the risk thereof on the basis of the occurence percentage of standard code combinations.
