<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an aqueous gel which is suitable for use in cold insulators, flavoring agents, cataplasms, and the like, has excellent homogeneity, strength and shape retainability, scarcely separating water, and has excellent gelling time adjustability, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a use thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous gel is characterized by comprising an aqueous solution of (A) one or more anionic water-soluble polymers, (B) a crosslinking agent, and (C) fine fibrous cellulose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
