PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accuracy-controlling method of an analysis system for preventing the hindrance of an analysis apparatus and at the same time for fully securing reliability to the measurement data of a patient specimen.

SOLUTION: The state-monitoring data of the analysis apparatus 2 related to data until the analysis apparatus 2 outputs the measurement data are transmitted to an information terminal 1 along with accuracy control data via a network 3. The side of the information terminal 1 refers to the transition or the like of the state-monitoring data regarding the analysis apparatus 2 until now, at the same time evaluates reliability in the accuracy control data, and returns the statistical result to a network connection apparatus 4 corresponding to the analysis apparatus 2.
