LABEL AND PACKAGE WITH THE LABEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label with which a rise of a liquid level of contents in a container can be suppressed when unsealing a cap, and a package comprising the label mounted on a synthetic resin bottle to be heated and filled.

SOLUTION: The label comprises a shrink label which is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of a barrel of a bottomed cylindrical container and heat-shrunk. Heat shrinkage stress after heat-shrinking and then cooling is 12 MPa or less. In addition the package with the label is provided.
