PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion mirror in which the inclination angle of a mirror can be increased and the increase of cost is suppressed. SOLUTION: In the torsion mirror 1 comprising: the mirror 2, a pair of fixing parts 3 and 4 arranged near the outer periphery of the mirror 2 and arranged facing each other across the mirror 2; and a pair of springs 5 adn 6 for fixing the mirror 2 to the pair of the fixing parts 3 and 4 on a straight line connecting a mirror center O and the pair of the fixing parts 3 and 4 between the mirror 2 and the pair of the fixing parts 3 and 4, the pair of the springs 5 and 6 are formed into a helical spring shape in the range of±90°along the outer edge of the mirror 2 by defining the straight line connecting the mirror center O to the pair of the fixing parts 3 and 4 as a reference.
