摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for measuring simply fluidity and viscosity which are rheological properties of a liquid. SOLUTION: A container part 2 for containing a sample and a flowage part 3 for flowing the sample in the container part 2 are fixed on a bearer 9, and the container part 2 containing the sample and the flowage part 3 are tilted from a vertical position to a sample flowing position. An image sensor 7 of a sample detection means 6 is provided on a position where the sample flowing out from the opening side of the container part 2, flowing on the flowage part 3 and flowing out from an outflow port 4 can be detected, and a signal of the sample detection means 6 detected by the image sensor 7 is inputted into a computer 8. The elapsed time from the point of time when the container part 2 is tilted to the time when the sample flows on the flowage part 3 and flows out from the outflow port 4, and an outflow gradient of the sample are measured, and a rheological constant of the liquid is operated by the computer.
