PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic opening/closing device of a door for a vehicle reducing the number of parts exposed from the opening of the door to the outside and further, widening the degree of freedom of a layout relative to a damper means such as a gas damper or the like. SOLUTION: Either damper means 6 or stay 7 is connected to a vehicle body side 2 and the other is connected to the door side, a link member 8 rotatably connecting the damper device 6 and the stay 7 respectively is provided, and by rotating the link member 8 through a driving means 5, the door is opened/closed.
