PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the facilitation of the execution of works by a precasting in the execution of works of a non-vertical concrete pole. SOLUTION: The lower-end joint surface 11b of a pole body 11 composed of precast concrete has insertion joints 12b formed at an angle of inclinationθto a plane orthogonal in the longitudinal direction and vertically projected to the joint surface 11b, and the insertion joints 12b are inserted to sleeve joints 25 vertically installed to a surface to be joined 23a. The precast concrete pole 1 is joined with an existing structure 2 in such a manner that the pole body 11 is lifted so as to reach a posture inclined at approximately the same angle of inclination as the angle of inclinationθof the joint surface 11b to the plane orthogonal in the longitudinal direction and hung down on the existing structure 2 and the insertion joints 12b are inserted and erected to the sleeve joints 25 vertically buried to the surface to be joined 23a.
