PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winch capable of eliminating the gearing mechanism while the torque can be made greater, reducing the cogging torque, and assuring easy manufacture. SOLUTION: A first motor 39 and second motor 40 are arranged in line in the axial direction, thus enabling enlargement of the torque correspondingly to a motor which is constituted long in the axial direction. The motors 39 and 40 particularly long in the axial direction are unnecessary. With respect to a first rotor 50, a second rotor 54 is dislocated by a certain angle round the axis of a rotary shaft 38. This gives the same acting effect as that of the case where a skew is provided, and makes possible to reduce the cogging torque. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
