The standard orthopedic inner sole is created in order to support the muscular tissue of the foot, resulting in a more passive adjustment. The new design of an orthopedic sole (1) is provided with elevated areas supporting particular bones (2) and/or joints (3, 4, 5) between bones as required by the needs of the patient, forcing the foot to an instant active adjustment to a normal position while still offering the supporting effect known from the standard device.
