Mixing device for fluids, comprising a containing body (11) including an aperture associated with a first pipe (14) for a first fluid, an aperture associated with a second pipe (15) for a second fluid, and at least an outlet pipe (16) for the mixture. The device comprises shutter means (21) to close the first (14) and/or the second pipe (15) in adjustable manner. The shutter means comprise a plunger-type valve element (20) associated with each of the pipes (14, 15), and a command member (18, 30) able to be driven from outside which thrusts on one and/or the other of the plunger-type valve elements (20) in order to regulate the delivery of the fluid introduced through the relative pipe (14, 15).
