摘要 The invention relates to a continuous gas sample extraction system for industrial applications with gas sample temperatures of up to 1500 DEG Kelvin as is typical in rotary kilns in the cement industry and similar applications. The purpose of the invention is to reduce possible condensation and interaction between the gaseous parts, by providing a system that maintains a homogeneous temperature, which is greater than critical dew-point temperatures, from the tip of the sampling tube (6) to the connection point of the heated hose (13). This objective is achieved by integrating all of the necessary critical mechanical elements inside the container used for the recirculation of the heat-transfer liquid and exposing said elements (e.g. valves, filter elements, a recirculation pump, among others) to the same temperature as the heat-transfer liquid. The compressed gas safety device (1) forms part of the basic support structure, thereby ensuring the permanent availability of compressed gas, which is required by design for the extraction of the sensor by means of a pneumatic motor, and the flushing of the sampling tube (6) and the filter element (5).
