<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print tags by taking the order of packing into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: Data at the destination of delivery constitute a tree structure constituted of a plurality of nodes. The packing of baggages is also executed corresponding to a tree structure. That is, the packages packed by slave node unit are packed by master node units in a batch. Tags are attached to every package of the slave node and the master node.
