<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicator for easy release pipe couplings capable of being removed from a pipe without using a tool and coming off and allowing the groping identification for a cut section. <P>SOLUTION: In an easy release coupling provided with a cage section 12 formed in a first pipe, a flare section 14 formed in an end section of a second pipe, a spring member 15, which is expanded by pushing the flare section 14 in the cage section 12 and locks the flare section 14 to the cage section 12, and the indicator ring 20, which is pushed out on the side of the second pipe due to the spring force of the spring member 15 to push the flare section 14, the indicator ring 20 has a weakening section in part which is lower in strength than other sections. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
