<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce scatter of a toner. <P>SOLUTION: A toner replenishment device includes: a developing device 100 including a developing container 100A with a receiving opening 108; and a toner container 200 which has a replenishment opening shutter 217 and a screw member 230 and can be loaded in the developing container 100A in a freely separable state. In the toner container 200, a rotary shutter member 240 is arranged relatively rotatably with the screw member 230 and the rotary shutter member 240 has a discharge opening 242 and a rotating operation guided pin 244. The rotary shutter member 240 is so rotatable as to open and close the replenishment opening 215. The developing container 100A has a rotating operation guide groove 122 that the rotating operation guided pin 244 engages when the toner container 200 is loaded and unloaded to guide the pin to rotate the rotary shutter member 240. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
